Returns & Refunds
At Gourmet Hippie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your goods arrive in less-than-perfect condition or you’re not happy with your item, please reach out to us within 7 working days via phone or email. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
RETURNS
To qualify for a return, items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and stored according to any specific conditions (e.g. refrigeration), All returned items must be in the same condition as when received.
Please note that we do not cover postage or return postage costs.
To ensure quick processing of your return, please ensure:
- Items are safely packaged for protection during transit.
- The return reference number is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.
- Any accessories or parts included with the product are also returned.
Failure to follow these steps may cause delays or result in the decline of your return.
For your convenience you can also arrange to return your order at one of our “Free Pick-up Locations”.
REFUNDS
We’ll require your banking details for refund processing.
Refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect, depending on your payment method and bank.
